 As the third modular steel structure project jointly undertaken by Shanghai Construction Steel Structure and Aogou, the Dveonport Gantry Project not only continues the deep cooperation foundation between the two parties, but also further consolidates the company's cooperation territory and industry reputation in the Australian market.
 The project, weighing a total of 1219.5 tons, encompasses a variety of precision components such as the main steel structure, railings, gratings, and steps. Its overall design and construction exhibit remarkable professionalism. Specifically, the Gantry portal frame is designed with a combination of seven tubular trusses, weighing approximately 685 tons. The trestle section consists of four modules: G3, G5, and two G7 modules, with a total weight of approximately 534 tons. The project innovatively achieved the overall pre-assembly of the Gantry portal frame and G7 trestle, once again demonstrating the application of modular construction technology in international offshore engineering projects.
 Adhering to high standards and stringent requirements, the Dveonport Gantry Project has overcome multiple technical challenges. The Australian market has always been renowned for its rigorous industry standards and technical demands. This project faced three significant technical challenges, testing the project team's ability to overcome difficulties: 1. The appearance quality of the welding body must meet the high standard of R3 level, placing extremely high demands on the precision of the surface treatment process.
The project involves a large number of TKY joints, and the optimization of welding process and precision control are recognized technical difficulties in the industry. Three 150mm-thick hinges need to be installed on the side of the 21.5-meter-long G3 main body, and the concentricity error of the three holes must be strictly controlled within ±1mm, which has become a key technical challenge that the project team must focus on overcoming.
