Taking “People-Oriented, Safety First” as its manufacturing concept, SCGSS organized all staff to attend the annual safety oath-taking rally, which named ”Eliminate Potential Accident, Build up Safety Defense Line”, on Feb.16, 2022, to further emphasize on the meeting spirit of safety production and to improve safety awareness among employees. 
General Manager, Mr. Zhang Ronghui, has urged the efforts to promote the implementation of safety work. Mr. Zhang stressed in his speech, “Where there is production, there would be a risk. Over 80% of the accident is caused by violation of regulations. We can avoid most of the accident by striving for No ‘Command against Rules’, No ‘Operation against Rules’ and No ‘Violation against Labor Disciplines’.” He called for further implementation and improvement of safety responsibility assessment system, expand the assessment scope to production line management, achieving the target of “three improvement, one implementation, and two persistence”, and to curb the occurrence of accident from the beginning.
Deputy General Manager of Safety, Mr. Luo Guofeng, pointed that all plans of 2022 safety management were established, assessment target statement already signed by relevant Dept. and responsible personnel. Mr. Luo urged that responsible Department shall breakdown the requirement as specified on target statement to all work areas, and cover all work teams. He also emphasized that SHE of Comprehensive Office shall deliver all other safety management work through weekly and monthly meeting to all Departments and work areas in a timely manner to achieve Company overall safety management target.
At last, Deputy Director of Comprehensive Office, Mr. Jiang Jun, led the safety oath, all staff taken the safety oath and signed on the affidavit.
The convening of safety oath-taking rally effectively promoted the mobilization and arrangement of Company safety production work. Meanwhile, it, once again, raised the safety alarm for all staffs, tightened the string of safety production, and laid the foundation to maintain safe and stable production momentum.
